After completing our core programs, graduates are eligible to live in our Recovery Living transitional housing for up to two years after graduation. In addition to affordable housing, Recovery Living residents receive ongoing accountability and case management support as they navigate a new sober lifestyle.
Transition
Transition provides up to 60 days at no cost for residents to utilize tools acquired during the Core program to obtain employment and start their next journey.

(Keep Educating Yourself) is our partnership with local universities and training partners to help graduates start or complete their education.
Life Skills Program at Community Matters Café
After completing our core programs, graduates also have the opportunity to participate in the six-month Life Skills program at Community Matters Café where they learn crucial life and employment skills in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
