“What is my role when a member of my family is in treatment? Should I attend educational classes and support groups? Are there community resources available to help? How can I have a healthy relationship with my loved one?”These are some of the questions family members ask when a loved one comes into treatment. The Rebound Family Program attempts to answer these questions, and serve as an educational resource and support base to those who have a family member at Rebound.
Many families believe that once a loved one enters treatment, life will return to normal. However, since addictive behaviors affect the family as a whole, there are many points to address.
The Rebound Family Program meets once a week. It is available to those who have family members in the Rebound program. Please call Bill Mullis (704-334-4635 x205) for more information.

May loved ones visit clients on Christmas Day? If so, when? Thank you, Susan
Susan, yes they may. Family members may plan to be here from 11am – 3pm on Christmas day.
If a family member is in the rebound program and I (his mother) is in another state, how can I participate in his spiritual growth and recovery? I would like to come and visit him during the three months. When would you suggest I do this?
Hi Jeanne,
The best thing to do would be to call Bill Mullis, who heads up our Family Program and he will be able to help you. His number is 704-334-4635 x205.
I saw in 2009 someone asked about visiting on Christmas. Can we visit on Christmas this year? Also wondering about thanksgiving, and can I bring the children?
I can not attend family program because I dont have anyone to watch the children.
Thank You
Hi Lori, yes you can visit on Christmas & Thanksgiving and you are welcome to bring children.
